Kevin Griffin is a professional lighting designer from Orlando, FL who has been in the industry for 34 years. He received his BFA from Rutgers University and his MFA at Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of United Scenic Artists Association local 829 and I.A.T.S.E. local 631. He has been an assistant professor, resident lighting designer, and production manager at Rollins College for 17 years. He has also served as a lighting designer for Orlando Shakespeare Theater for ten seasons.

Previously, he has worked for Cirque Du Soliel as the head of lighting for La Nouba in Orlando, FL, and was the Stage Lighting Supervisor at Pennsylvania State University for 6 years.

His lighting designs have been seen at Pennsylvania Centre Stage, the Pennsylvania Dance Theatre, the Alleghney Highlands Regional Theater, Mad Cow Theatre, University of Central Florida, and the Orlando Reparatory Theater.

Kevin is owner and President of Griffin Theatrical Lighting: Consulting, Design, and Rentals. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Beth, for 27 years and has two children and a pet chihuahua.
